SJVN (NSE: SJVN) share price: During the bullish phase of the market, a significant rise was witnessed in the stock of Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam. 

The shares of Sutlej Jal Nigam have climbed to a level of Rs 93, with gains of 1.58 percent. 

The 52-week peak in Sutlej Jal Vidyut Nigam’s share is at Rs 100, with a market value of approximately Rs 36510 crore while the low of the 52 weeks is at Rs 30. 

In the past month, the stocks of Sutlej Jal Vidyut Nigam have provided a dividend of 10 percent to investors. Over the last six months, stocks of the Satluj Jal Nigam have provided a hefty profit of 130 percent investors from a minimum of Rs 40.

This year shares of Sutlej Vidyut Nigam have provided an average return of 165 percent for investors. In the last year, stocks from Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam have returned 170 percent to investors.

However, during the Corona crisis stocks of Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam, were trading at a low of 20 rupees on the 20th of March. 

In 2020, the shares provided the investors with around 350 percent and provided a huge return.

The main reason for the surge in shares of Sutlej Jal Vyut Nigam was the acceptance of a 100 MW solar project in the form of Gujarat Energy Development Corporation. 

Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam has received a request for a 100 MW solar power plant from Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited.

The public sector corporation is establishing this solar power plant to construct and manage the base of the Gujarat Energy Development Corporation and will be offered an amount of 2.63 for each unit.

 The company must fulfill this purchase of around 550 crores through its affiliate Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam Green Energy. 

Recently, several brokerages have issued a “buy” rating to the securities that belong to Satluj Jal Vidyut.
